Mechanical Solutions Inc. provided Armstrong Pumps for both the heating and cooling systems on this project as well as a state of the art triplex variable speed pressure booster system serving the domestic water needs of this new 260,000 square ft residential high rise building.
Project received 2008 Design Build Award from "Contracting Business" magazine.
